Absences and make-up lessons
Lessons' cancellation
Both the student and the teacher can cancel booked lessons.
Reschedule a lesson
The student can reschedule a lesson with 1 "make-up lesson" and with 3 days' notice.
Teacher is late
If the student logged in for the lesson, but the teacher doesn't connect within 10 minutes, the teacher is considered absent while the student can reschedule the lesson and earns 1 "make-up lesson".
Student is late
If the student doesn't connect within 10 minutes from the start time of the lesson, he/she will be considered absent.
When you can't attend a lesson you booked due to an unforeseen event, you can use a "make-up lesson" to reschedule the lesson for another day.
