Italian Video Courses can update this note. The User is advised to read carefully and to keep this note before providing any data. This note is provided in compliance with the law art. 13 of the Privacy Code and GDPR.
Definitions
Privacy Code: D. Lgs. 196 del 30/06/2003, code concerning the protection of personal data.
GDPR: EU regulation n° 679/2016 art 13 and 14, code concerning the protection of personal data.
Privacy Policy: it contains information and warnings on how the Site is managed and how the User have access to his/her personal data, in compliance with the Privacy Code, with the Data Processor's provisions and, in general, the technical regulation of the field.

Data Processor: Manfrin Stefano (Italian Video Courses) is designated as responsible for processing data in compliance with the Article 29 of the Privacy code.
Personal Data: Any information related to an identified or identifiable person (even indirectly by referring any other information, including a personal identification number).
Navigation Data: The data that computer systems and software procedures receive during their normal activity are used to permit the Site to operate correctly. By Sending mails or e-mails to the aforementioned addresses and by filling in the interactive areas of the Site (optional), the User Personal Data (provided by the User) will be acquired, including information that the user may include in messages. Please note that these data are processed for the sole purpose of responding in a precise and efficient way to any User's request in compliance with the Privacy Code and the GDPR also in relation to any request, accompanied by explicit User consent, to receive newsletters and promotional/informational material in general.

Processed data
To sing in on the site, users must provide an e-mail address and a username.By activating specific services offered by the site, users will be required to enter other personal data to manage the purchase transactions fiscally. For this purpose, the collected data are: name, surname, city and country of residence.Users who decide to request an invoice for any of the purchased services, will also be required to provide a tax code or VAT number, the billing address and, optionally, a telephone number.If users ask to participate in the Community of the site then they can decide to communicate also gender, topics of interest, their level of knowledge of the Italian language, other languages they speak and the level of knowledge of the same, a description of themself and a picture for their profile.
Data processor modalities
By using informatic and telematic tools, Personal data are processed strictly for the necessary time to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
Except for data which were voluntarily entered by users to participate in the community of the site, which are shared among the other members (date of birth is not revealed in any case but still used to calculate and show to other community members the age of the users) data are accessible only by the Data Controller or by adequately trained employees which are well informed about the activities which are permitted.

In addition to our standard registration process, we offer the possibility to register for our services with your Facebook or Google account using the plugins of the respective companies. In order to ensure the protection of your privacy, data you provide will be transmitted via a secure connection to the corresponding platform. We do not use your login information to access personal information, such as the list of your friends or contacts, nor do we keep any of this information for our own purposes. There is no permanent link between your account on the site and the one used to log in. Right to lodge complaints with the supervisory authority in compliance with the Art. 77, paragraph 1, letter f) of the GDPR (for example, you can contact the supervisory authority for data protection directly).
In compliance with the Privacy Code and the art. 15-22 of GDPR, the interested User can exercise the right to know: the origin of personal data, the processing purposes and methods; in case data have been processed by electronic instruments, the logic applied; the identification details of the Controller, Processor, subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it.
